The geeky bit:
May 2008: The People Tree’s “21st Century Eco Artisan” award - Finalist
January 2008: Helped out at Sid Bryan’s studio, making garments for Giles Deacon & Armand Basi for London Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 08-09 and also for Antonio Beradi as part of Paris Fashion week. Here is just a small selection of the things I knitted and assisted production whilst there..

December 2007: Assisted in pattern cutting and toiling garments for knitwear designer Louise Goldin’s Autumn/Winter 08 collection, to be shown at London Fashion Week.
October 2007: Started a knitting group, entitled “Ravensbourne knit and natter” at Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication.
September 2007: Visited Premier Vision in Paris, an excursion which broadened my sense of the importance of fabric sourcing from an industry point of view.
May 2006:Started a knitting group in Warrington, held at Starbucks - I have assisted people with their knitting skills and made many valulable connections.
